Good morning! I am a mother of one of the Grade one pupils who was sent by St. Vincent School (Branch)to take the MTAP. Being a first timer the experience was not good. The kids from the "Branch" of St. Vincent was asked to go out of the classroom bec. according to the proctors they were not registered. The one in Grace Christian School a certain Ms. Santos also confirmed and showed their record that all the students from the Branch were not in their record and only those from the Main are in the list. Later that Ms. Santos learned that the unlisted names were from the Branch that she realized there must be some mistake and she immediately told the students to go back to their classrooms to be accommodated. The agony the parents and students felt when it was announced they cannot take the test because they were not registered was so disheartening. According to the teachers the one in charge faxed the list and she confirmed. Just want to know where was the mistake? Who did not do his job well? Things like these should not be taken for granted as this is something important for both parents and the kids.

We are very sorry, Ma'am. I will look into this matter and talk to people concerned to avoid similar instances in the future.
In fairness to Ms Santos, she is an MTAP volunteer who is doing the difficult job of being the test center coordinator. She is just making sure that MTAP instructions be followed.
Again, our APOLOGIES po.

Thank you very much for your attention, I fully understand the actions of Ms. Santos, she showed her concern for the students when they were already out of the classrooms and said she's just following instructions until one parent told her the "branch" and "main" thing for St. Vincent. I really hope this won't happen again. Please do give me a feedback as to what really happened. I am also writing St. Vincent School regarding the matter.

My gratitude to your response.
